The house keeps its country character: verandas, living rooms, dining space, a fireplace, gardens and generous areas used during the day without turning the finca into a corporate office.
Rural coworking is available for a half or full day with tables, power, connectivity confirmed before arrival, pure water, coffee, aguapanela and scheduled round-trip motochiva transport.
You can also slow down on the lawns, walk the trail, request creek access, read, use a hammock or spend the day with your dog under responsible supervision.
Wood-fired sancocho can be booked on Sundays. Breakfast, lunch and other traditional meals are à la carte and aim to use produce from local growers in El Roble and the surrounding area.
Families, friends and small teams can request group experiences. On Fridays, the bonfire may extend the visit until 10:00 p.m., subject to booking, weather and availability.
We do not offer individual lodging. Rooms are used only during the day as flexible spaces for reading, focus or calls.
La Julia is close to Guatapé, but photos of the town, reservoir and Rock are presented only as destination context, never as areas inside the estate.
Future plans —a small garden, rural experiences and new partnerships— will be described only after they are confirmed and ready for visitors.
